Shipping Information
X Stitch Crafts can send your purchases to virtually any address in the world. We endeavour to ship products within 1-2 weeks, however if there should be a delay any longer than that we will inform you via email.
All of our UK orders are sent via Second Class mail and worldwide deliveries are via Air Mail. Heavy items may need to be sent by another service.
Please note we cannot pass on instructions to Royal Mail regarding where to leave your delivery if you are out.
Delivery Charge
Our Delivery, postage and packing charges are simple and are as follows:
Postage Packing is FREE for UK deliveries. Due to huge increases in Royal Mail costs we still want to offer free postage to the UK but in order to do so all orders will be dispatched 2nd Class Royal Mail post.
For delivery to Europe and the Rest of the World we charge a fixed rate of £3.00. For orders over £25 delivery will be free.
Please note that we reserve the right to make an additional charge for posting heavy items but we will contact you first with the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund if this is not acceptable.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase then you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of purchase and a full refund will be given. Postage costs incurred in returning the goods will be refunded if it’s a result of our error in fulfilling your order or if the goods are faulty.
